Our house espresso blend. Though the component coffees deviate seasonally, our blend promises a flavor profile reminiscent of trail mix: chocolates, fruits, and nuts. Varieties and processing methods may vary from coffee to coffee, but one fact is always certain: Deviation Blend will always be delicious, no matter how far we deviate from traditional blends.
