Just as Burnside Street divides north and south Portland, our Burnside Blend divides the modern styles of roasting from the traditional. Tried and true citizens of Portland remember the uncomplicated coffee scene that respected the simple yet quality-minded tastes of the community. We at Case Study Coffee Roasters wanted to merge our desire for roasting transparent, relationally-sourced coffees with our fondness for the no-frills, approachable coffees that won our hearts to this industry in the first place. Though the components will change with the seasons, sweetness-focused flavors will be a constant. Great with milk, without milk, in your espresso machine, or brewed by hand. Look for caramel, nuts, and chocolate in each easy-drinking cup of Burnside Blend.
